Maureen went above and beyond throughout the whole sale process. She was very tentative to all my questions, answering them all in a timely manner. Her attention to detail was outstanding! She did things that seemed way beyond the scope of what a realtor should be expected to do. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell, rent out or purchase a home. Simply the BEST! Maureen helped us thru a complicated sale with many moving parts. She guided us thru the sale from preparing to list till when the checks were cut. This is our second time working with Maureen and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

Maureen was more than a realtor, she was a dear friend of my parents and our family. . Maureen shared other houses on the market that were similar to our parents' home. She held more than one Open House. Maureen gave us honest feedback about what we needed to do to promote the sale of the house. If we needed anything, both Maureen and her husband were there for us. I am thankful for all of her visits, her daily communication and her honesty. This was a difficult time in our lives to lose our daddy on August 23, 2023 and our mommy on December 25, 2023. Maureen gave all three of us a beautiful gift showcasing the love of our parents.

Mrs. Callaghan was extremely helpful with the home buying process for me and my husband . Maureen was an exceptional asset to my husband and I during our experience as first time home buyers. She recommended us our lender, home insurance, and inspection of the home. We loved how easy this process was due to her professional abilities and experience. I would recommend Mrs. Maureen to absolutely anyone interested in buying a home. She was very insightful and gave great advice when we felt in the dark during this process due to us being first time home buyers. She advocated for us with the inspection reports as well as anything else we needed. When we were unsure of anything she took the time to explain every process and went out of her way to help give us the home that best suited our family. I only rated 5 stars because that’s the most I could. This process only went as well as it did because we had Mrs. Maureen guiding us in the way she did, she truly is the best.
