Maureen was more than a realtor, she was a dear friend of my parents and our family. . Maureen shared other houses on the market that were similar to our parents' home. She held more than one Open House. Maureen gave us honest feedback about what we needed to do to promote the sale of the house. If we needed anything, both Maureen and her husband were there for us. I am thankful for all of her visits, her daily communication and her honesty. This was a difficult time in our lives to lose our daddy on August 23, 2023 and our mommy on December 25, 2023. Maureen gave all three of us a beautiful gift showcasing the love of our parents.

North Carolina's Best real estate agent and beyond. Maureen, from our first call was far superior to any other real estate agents I have worked with. She knew the area well, listened to what we wanted and where we wanted it, gave us hundreds of potential properties to look at even prior to meeting us in person. When we finally met her, she was an angel. She did all the research about the areas, houses and communities. Then after 3 days of looking she showed us the perfect house. The details of inspections, insurance, repairs, went amazing. I know there were a lot of issues behind the scenes, however she never once made it look like the purchase was in jeopardy. We are moving down to Oriental from New Hampshire and had concerns from restaurant to stores and my partner was concerned about the ability to see sunsets as well as sunrises. Maureen sent us fantastic pictures of both from our property and informed us of all the places to shop and eat. Maureen is best described as a winning mixture of experience, knowledge, Intelligence, and dedication, combined with a great work ethic and good old-fashioned charm.

The best Real Estate Agent I’ve ever worked with. I’ve moved many times in my life and I’ve never had an agent as good as Maureen before. She is professional, intuitive, attentive and knowledgeable. She anticipated all of the hurdles we had to go through and made the sale of our home and purchase of our new home seamless. My husband and I have been trying to find a house for rent and it has been exhausting. Maureen went above and beyond answering all my questions even though renting is not her speciality. I could not be more please with her expertise, communication, and and professionalism.

She advocated for us with the inspection reports as well as anything else we needed. Maureen͏ was gratefully helpful! We decided to purchase a being-built home near family in North Carolina. We faced many challenges throughout the process with material, worker shortages, inflation, schedule shifts….. Maureen was always polite, professional, and willing to help throughout the whole process. She has also continued to help after the closing.

Both sides of the coin Maureen is an amazing agent. She walked me through the process or purchasing and selling my first home. I’m a very religious person so I don’t lightly express that God put her in my path for a reason. I came to understand how important that was and it helped make my decisions easier and ended with happy results all around! My family has been stationed in Japan since 2018 and CNCLG provides property management services for us. Maureen always shows a genuine concern for our homes‘ upkeep and my mother’s memorial tree planted in our back yard. Her knowledge & professionalism is truly amazing! Her expertise gives us peace of mind with us being so far away from home. Even when Hurricane Florence hit NC last year, she and Micheal constantly kept us in the loop with repairs to our home to ease our worries despite suffering damages to their own personal properties. We will forever be grateful for their unwavering dedication and hard work and would highly recommend their services to all in need.

Competent, thorough and responsive. I have bought and sold many homes during my life. My experience working with Maureen was one of the best. Maureen is THE BEST! Basically all we had to do was say we wanted to but the property and Maureen made it happen. We are from out of town/out of state so she was our "boots on the ground" person for everything and she handled it, communicated where we were every step of the way and had a closing signed, sealed and delivered in record time.
